About Us

Tender Hands Homecare was created by Kelly and Hannah. Who have a combined experience of over 28 years in adult care services. 

Kelly has worked in adult care for over 10 years and continued to do so while she completed her nursing degree. Kelly has worked in a GP surgery as a nurse for the past couple of years but chose to carry on delivering care outside of her working hours. 

Hannah started working in adult care at the age of 18 and specialises in elderly and dementia care. For the past 10 years she has been teaching care staff and delivering apprenticeships from level 2 up to level 5. 

Kelly and Hannah decided to combine their experiences and create their own care company to continue working in the sector that they are passionate about, to make a positive difference to people's lives.

We believe in consistency of care and person centered practices which is why if you  join Tender Hands Homecare it will be tailored to your wishes and needs.

If you wish to proceed with care from Tender Hands Homecare Hannah or Kelly will come out to meet you and complete a comprehensive assessment to ensure that they know exactly what is wanted and needed by you . This will then review this after a few weeks as they understand that things may change.
